Formed in Sydney 2000 by Shakir Pichler in order to get unsigned bands more exposure.
The first release was a 28 all Australian Punk, Rock & Ska band compilation called "Skunk & Disorderly" which received high acclaim internationally and locally, rating 4/5 stars in UK Kerrang Magazine.

Shakir has also both played Drums in as well as managed many of his bands.
